Have you any idea of the date of this pic of 900, as it looks like my old buddy Pete Dawson driving it! Although why an 85 is heading for the Coliseum??

The Coliseum was used as the depot c1986/7 after Devonshire Road closed. I know routes 81/2 (Fleetwood-Blackpool replacements for 180/2/3 at deregulation) ran in service to Coliseum but can't recall if the 85 did.

Re-paneling of 900s roof has now been completed and the front dome fitted.
Next jobs are re-paneling the sides and fabrication of a front panel.

I was admiring the good workmanship to 900's roof whilst at Freckleton on Tuesday 19th April, and it looks splendid!.

A brief update on progress on 900:

An appropriate destination blind has been fitted. The correct number blinds await fitting
prior to the 'unused' glass areas being masked off.

New window pillar panels have been fabricated and fitted.

The off-side emergency door has been re-fitted.

Ian has been busy repairing the fibreglass front panel.

Re-panelling 900s nearside is well under way.
The fibreglass front panel below the windscreen is a bit more complex a job than was first thought.
It is in several pieces and requires a total rebuild.

Replacement panels and flaps have been fitted to the near side.

Locks securing the flaps have been installed and beading installed around the flaps and below the windows.
