Repairs to the gearbox have been completed and the engine, gearbox and radiator were
today all put back together and re-installed in 1686.

   

It is hoped that the re-wiring of some of the electrical components will not take too long.

Happy to be able to report that 1686 passed MOT today at Martins Test Centre, Middlewich.

       

1686 will be one of our vehicles attending the 10th, (and final), 'Ribble 90' event which is to
be held at the Aire Valley Running Day at Bolton Abbey station, Skipton on Sunday, 11.10.09.

great to know it passed the MOT. shame 1481 could not go to Skipton ,but never mind at least it was ready for emergency use if needed. See you all at Skipton Sunday. Doreen/Rhona.
