Hello,
Sorry to gatecrash your site but I was wondering if there is anyone out there who might have an old photograph which I am trying to find as a surprise gift for my husband.

The vehicle is a 1929 Leyland registration number CK 4332. I understand this vehicle once belonged to J.T.Whittle & Son from 1937 to 1946 when it was sold to a travelling Showman from Barry Island in South wales. The vehicle was affectionately known as "Old Joseph", and I remember travelling on this bus during the war years.

Any information on the above would be greatly appreciated; especially the whereabouts of any photographs.

Thank you.
CK 4332 was a Leyland TS2 registered in 1930 to Ribble Motor Services. Its number in the fleet was 872.
Its chassis number was 61081 and it had a Leyland built body of 26 seats with a front entrance. It was sold by the company in 1938.
